Coffee Protein Pancakes

Who’s ready to fuel their mornings with these delicious Coffee Protein Pancakes made with Nutonic Nectar Coffee

Packed with protein, a hint of caffeine, and mouthwatering flavor – it’s the perfect way to start your day strong. Try it out for a tasty, nutritious breakfast treat!

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (or oat flour)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brewed Nutonic Nectar Coffee (cooled)
  • 1/2 banana (mashed)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Coconut oil or non-stick spray for cooking

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine rolled oats (if using whole oats) and blend until a fine powder forms.
  2. Mix in the protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  3. Add the mashed banana, egg, almond milk, vanilla extract, and Nutonic Nectar Coffee.
  4. Blend until smooth and well-combined.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little coconut oil or spray.
  6. Pour the batter onto the skillet, cooking each side for about 2-3 minutes, or until bubbles form and the edges are set.
  7. Serve with your favorite toppings like fresh fruit, almond butter, or a drizzle of maple syrup!
