Ingredients:
- 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (or oat flour)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brewed Nutonic Nectar Coffee (cooled)
- 1/2 banana (mashed)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Coconut oil or non-stick spray for cooking
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine rolled oats (if using whole oats) and blend until a fine powder forms.
- Mix in the protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Add the mashed banana, egg, almond milk, vanilla extract, and Nutonic Nectar Coffee.
- Blend until smooth and well-combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little coconut oil or spray.
- Pour the batter onto the skillet, cooking each side for about 2-3 minutes, or until bubbles form and the edges are set.
