Pink Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup frozen raspberries

1/4 cup blueberries

1 small beetroot, peeled and chopped

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk of your choice)

1 ripe banana

1 scoop SuperGreens 40+

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker texture)

Instructions:

Place the frozen strawberries, frozen raspberries, blueberries and chopped beetroot in a blender.

Add the almond milk, ripe banana, SuperGreens and chia seeds to the blender.

If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, you can add honey or maple syrup at this stage.
