1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced

1 ripe banana

1/2 avocado

1 Scoop SuperGreens 40+ Powder

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetness)

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

Ice cubes (optional)


Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly and add them to your blender.

Peel and slice the cucumber, and add it to the blender.

Peel and slice the banana, then add it to the blender as well.

Add 1 Scoop of SuperGreens 40+ Powder

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into the blender.

Add the Greek yogurt to the blender for creaminess.

If you prefer your smoothie a bit sweeter, you can add a tablespoon of honey to the mix. This is optional, as the banana already adds some sweetness.

Pour in the unsweetened almond milk (or your preferred milk).

If you like your smoothie cold and extra refreshing, you can add a handful of ice cubes to the blender.

Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If needed, you can add more almond milk to adjust the consistency to your liking.
